A man in Bengaluru lost Rs 1.5 crore in a courier scam in which scammers called him claiming to be from FedEx courier company.
They said that he received a parcel and it contained drugs and contraband. “We have filed a case against you and we have to pay a large amount of money as a fine or bribe to get rid of these charges,” they said. A similar incident happened to a senior officer, which can be seen in the next video.

பெங்களூருவில் உள்ள பெரியவர் ஒருவர் courier scamஆல் ரூபாய் ஒன்றரை கோடி இழந்துள்ளார், இதில் Scammers FedEx courier companyஇல் இருந்து பேசுகிறோம் என்று கூறி அவரைத் தொலைபேசியில் தொடர்பு கொண்டுள்ளனர்.
இவருக்கு ஒரு parcel வந்ததாகவும், அதில் போதை மற்றும் கடத்தல் பொருட்கள் இருப்பதாகவும் கூறியுள்ளனர். “உங்கள்மேல் case போட்டு உள்ளோம், இந்தக் குற்றச்சாட்டுகளிலிருந்து விடுவிக்கப் பெரிய அளவிலான பணத்தை fine அல்லது லஞ்சமாகக் கொடுக்க வேண்டும்”, என்று கூறியுள்ளனர். இதே போல ஒரு நிகழ்வு ஒரு பெரிய ஆபீசர்க்கு நடந்தது, அதைப் பற்றி அடுத்த வீடியோவில் காணலாம்.
