Can't Accept iCloud Terms after macOS Install Agree Button Greyed Out!
Did you install macOS Sierra, High Sierra, Mojave or Catalina and now can’t get past the iCloud Terms and conditions window because the Agree button is greyed out? This issue is triggered after attempting to sign into iCloud at the setup assistant window after installing macOS with the following OS versions listed below.
1. macOS Catalina 10.15
2. macOS Mojave 10.14
3. macOS High Sierra 10.13
4. macOS Sierra 10.12
5. OS X El Capitan 10.11
6. OS X Yosemite 10.10
7. OS X Mavericks 10.9

Reproducing the issue.
The issue can be reproduced every time by attempting to sign into iCloud in the setup assistant window.
How to Fix the Issue
The fix is very simple, all you need to do is click the back button. Then click “Set Up Later” at the top of the Sign In with Your Apple ID window.
You can then continue the setup assistant. Once you are on the desktop, you can open System Preferences and sign into iCloud.
