Synchronet and SyncTERM for Linux on Chromebook

I recently purchased a new (2022 model year) Chromebook, a Lenovo IdeaFlex 5i 2-in-1 with Intel Core i3 CPU, and had very few issues getting Synchronet BBS Software and SyncTERM for Linux built and running on this system using the Linux Development Environment for ChromeOS feature from Google. This is a demonstration of that process and the results.
