service comments:
– Blocked the ability to install snap applications at the APT priority level. If you need to support this type of packages, you need to delete the /etc/apt/preferences.d/nosnap.pref config and update the package database index;
– the Firefox browser is installed as a deb package from the connected Mozillateam PPA repository , because In release 22.04, Firefox ships as a snap by default . uBlock Origin extension preinstalled .
Preinstalled Libreoffice 7.4.3~rc2 office suite including : Writer , Calc , Impress , Math and Draw . Shortcuts have been added to the Office menu for installing print and scan subsystems. If you do not plan to install this software (the shortcuts in the menu are not needed), you should delete the printinstall and scaninstall files in the /var/lib/misc/ directory.
Added utilities for configuring the working environment:
Obconf (setting Openbox parameters);
LXInput (keyboard and mouse settings);
LXHotkey (configuration of keyboard shortcuts).
The Memtest86+ utility for testing RAM in BIOS/Legacy mode from the LiveCD menu has been updated to v6.01; The Memtest86
utility for testing RAM in UEFI mode from the LiveCD menu has been updated to v10.2.
