RF Field LED Detectors for GSM EDGE 900 MHz Uplink transmission

Speed Test in GSM/EDGE 900 with passive RF Field Light Detectors (based on rectenna).
Here the longest rectenna is at 15 cm from the phone. The detector is still lighting even at 30 cm, all caused by the mobile RF transmission.
Other notes:
The test was done in rather good coverage (DL RX Level = -75 dBm).
ARFCN = 983 (GSM / EDGE 900).
Public operator : Bouygues Telecom.
At the bottom of the image, a Microwage Leakage Monitor (not sure about its sensitivty @900 MHz though, it is more fit for 2.5 GHz I suppose.
