Network Engineer's Approach To AWS Networking Basics
I’ve been on a cloud kick lately. I’ve passed my AWS CCP, Azure Fundamentals, and CCSP. I’m currently studying for my AWS SysOps Associate, and realized I’m not finding a lot of information breaking down AWS from a networking perspective. In today’s video, we’re looking at the fundamentals of AWS networking and doing it from a network engineer’s perspective.
We’re covering AWS Regions, AWS Availability Zones, AWS VPC’s, AWS Subnets, AWS Routing Tables, AWS Network ACL’s, Elastic IP’s, AWS Internet Gateways (IGW), and AWS NAT Gateways. We’re discussing what they are, how they support each other, and building out a test environment using the AWS VPC Wizard.
