M1 Macbook Air for Android Studio Developers
This is a quick video about the M1 Macbook air being just as good as the M1 Pro for android compile times. Alexander Ziskind is one of the best youtubers for M1 apple silicon and development. He recently did a video on Android Compile times with Zulu OpenJDK optmized for ARM. His video was pretty straight forward, however the author of the benchmark upgraded the graddle and now the benchmark is even better optimized. Will the new optimization make the M1 faster then in Alex’s test? of course the newer machines are expected to be better but is the difference worth 1100 dollars more? you tell me.
