Use this video to assist in 2 different ways of Factory Resetting your Lenovo. The 2nd method (which starts at 2:36) may only work on older computers and is becoming more obsolete as computer startup faster. If you are unable to Reset your computer, you may want to consider a fresh install of Windows as your next option.
