In this video I´ll explain to you why you SHOULD get the hell out of your Help Desk position, having « Help Desk » on your resume won´t help you AT ALL. Let me get this straight…entry level jobs are not necessary for you to start your IT Career, it doesn´t matter if you´ve been told by someone else, it´s just a waste of time.
There are better ways for you to start your IT Career, stop following advice from people in the industry who haven’t achieved anything and are still repeating the same errors, and even worst, spreading those same errors they made into the people beginning.

1. Take a week and learn the process of learning how to learn.
2. Get your Cisco CCNA Certification.
3. Take a look at the IT Market an see what they are asking (what topics Linux, AWS, Python, etc).
4. The go on a mission to learn the top 2 topics by learning through scenarios and storytelling.
5. Learn Persuasion and Influence to know how to connect with people.
6. Apply for the Engineer position.
