Hardware GPU support in the Android emulator

Testing the updated Android emulator on my laptop (Core i3-380M, GeForce GT 415M). It runs pretty smooth now (a massive improvement compared to the previous software renderer). It actually runs almost as well with the integrated Intel graphics chip.
The ARM instruction emulation has also been improved, but you still won’t get performance comparable to new high-end Android devices with the emulator running on hardware as modest as this.
