Fix GSM on Sprint HTC One how to

If you have Unlocked your Sprint HTC One, You know that GSM connections in the US can constantly drop as you switch towers.
This method fixes that issue, As it disables CDMA and makes GSM the priority network.
This is good for AT&T and T-Mobile customers, But beware that the sprint HTC ONE only has 1900mhz for the US 3G 4G UMTS and HSPA, So if you are not in a 1900MHZ area expect slow GPRS and EDGE Speeds
