EXORCISE YOUR IPV6 DEMONS | IPv6 Subnetting, VLSM, CIDR
It’s OK if you’re afraid of IPV6, most IT folks are!
« There’s so many IP’s and so few engineers!!! »
This video builds off of my earlier videos where I explain how to visualize networks broken down into subnets. This one focuses understanding the components of IPv6, how it compares to IPv4, and why subnetting isn’t really that confusing when it comes to IPv6. This should be useful to new folks struggling with understanding IPV6, CIDR, subnetting and variable-length subnet masks (VLSM), and maybe for CCNP and CCIE level folks looking for a new way to help teach junior engineers. I hope helps!

I guess since the IPv6 diagram is updated( thanks @lynbsb) and completed, that means an IPv6 YouTube video is also in the works!

I received a lot of comments after my subnetting video to describe how you add larger subnets together (i.e. supernetting). This videos shows how easy it is to add networks together and walks you through a process that is easy to understand and remember!https://t.co/PWvS9Ean62 pic.twitter.com/NcYIRxXJdx
