Cyber security training for non-IT employees is key emt initiative this year says M Mobasseri

Value added security solutions distributor, emt Distribution has been rebuilding its solution stack, says M Mobasseri, CEO and Group Board Member. Today, it is focused on cybersecurity for IT and OT, IT management to boost security automation, and education and training. OT is a focus this year as well as IT training for non-IT employees. Mobasseri also describes run rate versus solutions that require value addition and customization; the opportunities and challenges for regional channel partners; and hot spots in terms of countries and market segments.

Launched in 2012, GISEC is the region’s influential cybersecurity exhibition and conference. The event is supported by the UAE Cybersecurity Council, Dubai Electronic Security Center, Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority and Dubai Police. GISEC 2022 took place for 21-23 March at Dubai World Trade Centre, host 270+ brands and bringing together 10,000+ information security, technology professionals, business leaders and changemakers from over 70 countries.
