How to Access "Locked Islands" in GTA games! (2001 – 2021) (GTA Evolution)
In this video I will guide you about the best ways you can try to go to the restricted areas without using CHEATS or MODS! Usually in most GTA games, the playable area is limited in the beginning of the game. So the game does not let you pass the limits at the early stages of the games.
