in this video i will show you how to simple scan GSM Base Stations around you and give list of these stations with its Frequencies and its channel band …..
using tool called Kalibrate by Steve Markgraf
i put two batch files to easy run this tool …..
Scan with Debug Mod.bat

just run these bat files…. make sure dongle connected and activated by zadig…. have fun.
Kalibrate, or kal, can scan for GSM base stations in a given frequency band or all range scan and can use those GSM base stations
to calculate the local oscillator frequency offset.
band to scan (GSM850, GSM-R, GSM900, EGSM, DCS, PCS)

Usage:
GSM Base Station Scan:
meh -s band indicator [options]
Clock Offset Calculation:
meh -f frequency | -c channe [options]
Where options are:
-s band to scan (GSM850, GSM-R, GSM900, EGSM, DCS, PCS)
-f frequency of nearby GSM base station
-c channel of nearby GSM base station
-b band indicator (GSM850, GSM-R, GSM900, EGSM, DCS, PCS)
-g gain in dB
-d rtl-sdr device index
-e initial frequency error in ppm
-v verbose
-D enable debug messages
