Global Cyber Security Games – The e-Sports of Hacking!!
Its time to tune in to the e-sports of hacking with the first Global Cyber Security Games of 2022!!!
This time in a Castle vs Castle style competition the best hackers from all over the globe will gather together for another game presented in a broadcasted e-sports fashion!
Hacking really IS the new gaming. For this Global Cyber event, we’ve selected elite teams, coming directly from the International Cybersecurity Challenge (ICC) community, from all over the world for an Attack and Defend style game. These hackers are the best of the best, and are each representing their countries to become the grand prize winner!
The game is designed to equally test attack (red team) and defend (blue team) skills per each team. Each country will be provided a network (their castle) composed of predominantly Windows and Unix boxes and VyOS routers in their DMZ, and a standard set of defensive tools. Each 15 person team will need to protect their castle from BOTH other castle attacks and automated attacks. Scoring will be based on thorough reporting.
Fans, coaches and peers not playing can watch a live stream on Cyber Insecurity featuring shout casters and speakers over the last 3 hours of the event. Through the stream, fans will be able to get updates on recent plays with inside viewing of what occurs, great discussions with cyber experts, and quick views of the leaderboard.
