Print workflow

After download

Open the generated file in Microsoft Word, press Ctrl + A, then F9. This updates the table of contents, list of figures, list of tables and page numbers before printing.

Before printing

Review chapter starts, image resolution, table widths, captions, references and page breaks. Complex SmartArt, embedded Excel, Zotero/Mendeley fields and macros may require manual verification in Word.
