Awesome tutorial!!! Are you using Office 365 Business or Home, or just Outlook Desktop? I would like to use my same email address that I’ve had for 30 years with my Outlook, so I can organize my emails, however, I would like to utilize the same functions you are using. Moreover, are these color categories available on the IOS app too, so I can use these across all of my devises?

Thank you, this was very informative. However, I found that many of the features that you have explained do not exist on Outlook 16.32 for Mac.

If you manage multiple calendars, is it possible to drag an email into calendar and add to a different calendar other than your own?

I just started a new job and they said I could not use Categorizing color coding because they use IMAP. Is that correct? I really love that feature.

Every day I get a Stock on hand report in the morning and afternoon. I wrote a script so when this email arrives it auto saves the attachement twice, one with the date on the file name and the other is a consistent name “Current_Soh.xls”
I have an access database which auto imports the current_soh.xls file when started. The database produces a few reports . My next step will be to try and get outlook to execute a print function in the access database to auto print the reports and shut the database down…….is this possible ?

Warren, I am using a lot of these ideas and they are great timesavers, but I cannot see the categories in Outlook anymore. What could I be doing incorrectly?

Instead of talking about “ you can do this and that..”, just go right into the topic and show us “how to”. Save your time and our time

I use the auto rules and use the unread search box as my inbox, that way I have all my emails in one place but when I read them they go out my "inbox" and are already archived in my relevant folder … Stuff I don't need I just delete.

    Hi
    , Warren Stokes.
Thank you it is a very good Video learned quite a few things.
for contacts, instead of using color codes, I use the pictures.. Like I work in Medical Supplies.. Each contact I mark it with a picture like Ob-Gynecologist, Radiologist, Veterinarian, etc.. try it with the logos from where they are generated it gives a cool look apart from east to find out.

Thanks for your tips & tricks, Warren. Would you do a video for (365) Outlook 2019 desktop? I just switched back to Outlook after years on only Gmail. I'd like the messages I delete on Outlook to also be deleted in gmail so I don't have to delete twice. How can that be accomplished?

I'm confused about Quick Parts. I don't think I have ever used them. I used quick steps to create recurring emails to send out invoices for example.
