Really useful video Matt 👍 I've seen news that the Forms functionality is going to be available in PowerPoint soon too which could make training feedback in particular a far easier proposition for organisations utilising PowerPoint slide decks as e-learning material

Is there a way to use Microsoft forms to send more than one survey in one link? I've been asked to use Microsoft Forms for my Final Year Project. I have a consent form, a demographic form and two standardised questionnaires to send out to my participants. Will be using SPSS to analyse the information. Is this possible using Microsoft Forms? In Google Docs I was able to have different sections, where I could split the information. Not sure that there's a similar option in Microsoft??? Thanks, Tina

I couldn't understand the words at 8m 2s ???? Occassionally the words at the end of sentences dropped off into soup. Maybe it's my American English hearing. Ha. I liked the video otherwise. It was what I was looking for.

Hi Matt, this video was super helpful as my coworkers and I are building our Teams page. How do I receive notification that someone has completed my form? I'm not always looking in Teams so an email notification would be great, but I'm not sure if this is an option?

Thank you for the wonderful video. However, I'm currently having trouble with the preview. I made total 26 questions but when use preview or send it to other people, it only shows 16 questions. How can I fix this problem?

Hi Matt, is it possible for responders to the survey form, upload a document in addition to the usual tick/text response to a survey question?

Thanks for a great video. Is there any functionality to create a short link as the standard link cannot be used on Insta and LI. Further, can admin personalise a response message rather than the standard message?

Hi Matt, is it possible to customise the form, and add drop downfields dependent on the prior selection? i.e add options, and then for each option selected, have a personalised drop down criteria?

Matt, Thanks for posting such useful videos. I tried creating a Form with 12 questions. However, when i share the form (via hyperlink) or preview it, I see only 5 questions not all 12. What could be the reason. Please help me resolving this issue.

    A nice reminder.

Where can enter the answers so it gives me the result directly, without having to go through each form submitted?

Hi Matt, loving your work as always. We always come to your videos when we need a clear and easy explination! One question…. do these forms integrate with SharePoint Online? so could you add 'Forms' as an app on a sharepoint site collection and be able to access it through the SPO site? Looking forward to hearing from you. Katy (Wiltshire Council)
