○ Guardian executives say ransomware was the cause of the debilitating cyberattack that shuttered its UK offices’ this past December. A breach of personally identifiable information was also revealed
0:42 – AICPA 140k emails and passwords stolen
○Threat actors say they have a database with over 140k email addresses and corresponding passwords from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). The organization said hacked emails did not belong to them.
1:15 – Royal Mail Cyberattack
○ Royal Mail Group has been crippled by a cyber incident and is temporarily unable to dispatch items overseas. Royal Mail has been targeted by a ransomware group with Russian ties, LockBit, which has since threatened to publicly release the stolen data.
1:51 – Air France-KLM Cyberattack
○ Air France-KLM, a French-Dutch airline company, has informed its Flying Blue program customers that their personal information was exposed after their accounts were breached in a hack.
