each appliance channel can only be turned on and off by any of the added administrators via call and imputed DTMF Tone as passcode
any admin can add other admins via SMS
any admin can remove other admins via SMS
only five (5) admins can be added to the system via SMS
on every action carried out, is a follow-up feedback via SMS
the system also have memory store and recall for each state
channel state can be requested via SMS and response received via SMS
