GSM 1200 stickcutter – Foodcons

The stickscutter GSM-1200 is designed for cutting vegetables into sticks.

This machine can be placed on a work table or on our specially designed mobile base frame. To feed the product to the GSM-1200, the cover hood is opened and the product is placed in the extra V-shaped feed tray. The V-shape automatically centres the product. Closing the cover releases the cutting mechanism. This is done by a particularly strong and hygienic pneumatic cylinder. Due to the particularly strong design of the pneumatic cylinder, it is also possible to cut larger products without any problems. The cylinder pushes the product through a grid blade, which is equipped with special knives that produce a particularly clean and precise cut. The cut product can be collected in a container.
