In this video I take you through a couple examples using Kotlin coroutines to execute asynchronous background work in parallel.
If you don’t know what “parallel” means, it means the tasks are executed at the same time.
First I show you an example of how to use the classic job + launch coroutine pattern, then I show you an example of how to use the async + await pattern. Both patterns yield the exact same output.
